7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17

11 more hellish days down.  (18 grueling days to go.)  These past 11 days have been so crazy there has been no time or even need for that hateful treadmill.  I decided to challenge myself in my profession (Sounds like I’m a real professional.) and take on a new challenge.  It went so good and was tremendous fun but was so exhausting.   I did 11 sessions in 1 week.  I’m tighter and toner then ever though.  I must have burned more calories working then I did on the treadmill because I was sore and could barely move each night when I came home and I now fit into a long forgotten about pair of Levi's.

Good news is I have lost 7 entire pounds.  Whew Who!  Good by derrière, junk in the trunk, ghetto booty, posterior, badonkadonk, arse, toosh.  Say hello to the future anorexic looking me!!

 

It other better, and more important news…  We have baby goats!  Hard to believe it’s been a year since QP was born.  These babies make me miss her terribly.  We did loose 1 baby girl and we are not sure why.  I’m sad and glad I had to miss that. (I was working.)  So for now we have a total of 4 babies with 14 more goats due between now and my birthday!  I love baby goats!

Day 6!

Day 6 (Only 29 miserable days to go).

This morning started with a healthy breakfast.  Rock!

Then my treadmill time.  Annsley was home with me today so I set her up on her little power wheel tractor thing and got her all entertained.  I had my “work-out” clothes on, ( Aka..Pajama's) my water bottle and my music.  Perfect conditions! 

I get on the treadmill with gusto in my heart and exactly 12 minutes and 32 seconds later as I lay on the floor next to my running treadmill  clutching my calves in pain, I realize… Dr.Pepper must not have as much water in it as one might thing.

I forgot to mention is “Day 5’s Post” the exact quantity of Dr. Pepper I consumed.  And I wont say the official amount that I drank but I will say I hit happy hour at sonic pretty hard right before picking up the girls from school.

Moral of this story….  Water down your Dr. Peppers!

Day 5!

Day 5 of 35 and I’m living on this stuff:

Yesterday, (Thursday) was day 5.  I’m on a roll…You ready for this:

Breakfast: Donut and coffee with half and half.

Super late lunch: Bueno Bean burrito

Dinner (at 9:30 p.m.) Bowl of Cereal.

I am aware that the above menu does not support my weight loss goals but sometimes I have no choice.  Breakfast was quite by surprise when I realized Annsley did not have breakfast before we left the house.  And because I cannot let my child eat alone, I had to have a donut with her.  It was a cake donut and was not fried if that makes any of you feel better about the situation.  It does me.

Then, I came home and did 2 miles on the treadmill.  (All at once and without vomiting.)

I worked right threw lunch and while picking up Annsley from school, Joshua calls to tell me “were going to a goat show, go pick up all the girls and meet me in town!”  Therefor, it’s fast food as a snack/late lunch/dinner.  Like I said before.. Just no choice.

Because it was so late coming home, we ended up eating cereal for dinner at 9:30 but, BUT, it only had 2 grams of fat!  That’s good enough, right?
